Indecision, including its name, logo, text, code, layout, rules presentation, and other original content, is owned by Michael Hinton and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or exploit any part of the app except where allowed by law or with prior written permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to keep Indecision available and working properly, we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, operating system, browser, or configuration.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
