By downloading, accessing, or using Indecision, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If anything in these terms is unclear, you can contact us at info@cmm.training.

Indecision, including its name, logo, text, code, layout, rules presentation, and other original content, is owned by Michael Hinton and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or exploit any part of the app except where allowed by law or with prior written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to keep Indecision available and working properly, we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, operating system, browser, or configuration.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any consumer rights you have under applicable law.

If you have paid for the app, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or connected with the app will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Any disputes relating to these terms or the app will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another part of the UK where you live.

Ending or suspending access
