What information we use, and why

We only use personal information that you send to us by email, and only where needed to deal with your query.

What the game stores on your device

Game settings and saved progress are stored locally on your device as part of the app’s normal operation. We do not treat those locally stored settings as personal information collected by us unless you choose to send them to us by email, for example as part of a support query.

Lawful basis

Our lawful basis for using personal information sent to us by email is legitimate interests. We only use this information where it is necessary to respond to messages and deal with support queries in a reasonable and proportionate way.

Where we get personal information from

We receive personal information directly from you when you email us.

Cookies and tracking

This version of Indecision does not use its own advertising or analytics cookies.

Local storage may be used on your device so the game can remember settings, saved games, and statistics.

How saved data is used

Sharing of data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers, and we do not use adverts in this version of the app.

If you contact us by email, your message may be processed and stored through our normal email provider as part of providing that service.

How long we keep information

Information stored locally on your device, such as game settings or saved progress, remains there while the app is installed unless you delete it by clearing the app’s stored data or uninstalling the app.

If you contact us by email, we may keep your contact details and message for as long as needed to deal with your query. We will remove this information on request unless we need to keep it for legal, regulatory, or administrative reasons.

Your data protection rights

Under UK data protection law, you have rights including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability where applicable.

If you make a request, we will respond without undue delay and in any event within one month.

How to complain

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, please contact us using the email address above.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
